Package and return in original packaging with all tags intact any regularly stocked merchandise to us within fifteen (15) days of receipt for store credit or exchange less shipping. All sale, clearance, and special order items may not be returned for any reason, unless otherwise determined by Denver Fly Shop. All Gift Certificates sold by the Denver Fly Shop have an expiration date one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Some Gift Certificates can have a shorter expiration date. The Gift Certificates are not transferable towards store credit.
Cancellations can adversely affect operations and customer service. We understand that there are times situations certainly make fly fishing a back seat. With this in mind, we invest resources in ensuring the Denver Fly Shop can meet the expectations of the event.
Any class can be rescheduled if the shop is notified prior to 72 hours of the class. Outside of 24 hours but prior to 72 hours of the class, there is a 50% charge for a rescheduled class. Any cancellation within the 24hour window, will result in an additional class fee for a reschedule. Any cancellation, must be verbally received by the a shop employee.
Rods must be in original factory condition and returned within the fifteen (15) day time period. Used, worn, dirty rods etc. will not be approved for return and will be shipped back to the customer. Used reels will not be accepted for return.
To ensure a proper fit boots and waders may be worn indoors before use. Used boots and waders, or boots and waders not in original packaging for sale will not be approved for return, exchange, or credit and will be promptly shipped back to you. All warranty and repair should be handled directly with the Product's customer service.

All classes and events are property of the Denver Fly Shop. Upon signing the Denver Fly Shop release form you approve any comments or photographs to be used within any social media and website needs, unless otherwise stated on the release form.
Equipment is rented with a return date the morning after use. Credit Card number is required for deposit of $300 for waders / boots and $200 Rod / Reel. Customers must sign an inspection approval form, negating any apparent damage. Any noticebale damage to the waders upon return will be billed to the client.
